Class I gynecomastia. It was treated with a small incision from 3-9 hour, removal of the glandular tissue while retaining a small section to avoid retraction of the nipple-areola

 

Class IIA gynecomastia. The patient underwent surgery with an incision from 3-9 hour and additional liposuction

 

Class IIB gynecomastia with moderate skin relaxation. The patient was submitted in a circular skin removal along with removal of glandular tissue. Additional liposuction was required.

Class III gynecomastia. The patient underwent surgical removal of skin and breast while the nipple-areola was repositioned.
